I am 39 but I got the original implant at 26/27, I used that thing like there was no tomorrow...
And I think that's your worry with this kind of question.
I didn't get the implant so I could only use it once or twice a week... and then hope by using it so little it will last for 20 years... yes the increase chance of infection is higher for a revision implant but under a very high volume implanter, it's still very low, depending on if you have any other issues or not.
If you are worried about size loss my implant has gone up in size from a basically 20cm to 22cm..
The pain is way way less on a revision... 4 days after the revision which was only a few days ago, I went for a 1 to 2 mile walk...
So use the shit out of your implant...
The implanter Prof Ralph in London England told me with him it's a 2% chance of infection on revision...

If I get 8-10 years using it that much it's absolutely worth it!!!! Keep yourself healthy as can be... choose you implanter extremely wisely... for every implant and you will be fine

Hey Irish Guy! i have a question, you got a 2cm bigger implant in the revision. Did this mean you also got a bigger penis? or it did not affect your real life penis size?

Maybe you're on the wrong forum. I didn't rod anything disgusting coming from elder people but it seems you are suffering a lot from your ed, you're very young it's true but it's not their fault. Nobody wants to have this kind of problems, i'll say nobody wants no health deseases at all, but shit happens and your attitude wont change anything nor solve nothing.
We all suffer or have suffered from that and when a solution is found it's normal to be happy and to share happiness.

I'm about 14 days since the revision so I prob won't be able to say for a few months + when fully healed!! But it definitely feels sturdier already and the tips are well up the glans... I'm hoping I've got a little bit extra length but that will just be the icing on the cake!! The very rigid cake !!
