Hi Travis,
RTE = Rear Tip Extender. My understanding is they're used to attain the correct length for your anatomy when a standard cylinder isn't a good fit it on its own. I didn't need them but they are very commonly used, as everyone is different. Did you receive a surgical report from Boston Scientific? That will show the length of your LGX cylinders, any RTEs used and their length, along with other stats of your procedure. My cylinders also seem slightly uneven but not enough to bother me. I also have a slight lean/bend to the right which may have some influence. I have the older style MS pump but also find that my dick remains somewhat firm when fully deflated. I actually don't mind it though. I can't say that I've experienced any significant auto inflation but sometimes seem to be slightly erect in the morning - no real answer but my thinking is that mine could be slight pressure on the pump bulb depending on sleeping position.
