Penile implant capsule

Once a penile capsule forms can it be stretched doing exercises? I had my implant April 2024. It looks like I have between 5.5 and 5.75 inches. Don’t know what I had before because I have had ED for the last 12 years. Using the external the VED I can get 6 1/4 inches. I would like to get 6 inches with the internal pump if possible I have the coloplast Titan.

Vermel01, with an IPP I believe the answer is yes. My Dr, forum members, and other research indicated that the capsule, along with other penile tissue, is capable of expanding with regular cycling and other methods. There are many forum posts that discuss expectations for "size gain". I expect the amount of size gain is dependent on several factors including your specific physiology. Did you cycle regularly following your Apr 2024 surgery ?

Yes I did on a regular basis for over 6months prior to my surgery. Thank you for your prompt reply.
