Hey guys,
I need your opinion. I'm 6 days post-op, and I'm not completely inflated (I feel a depression at the base of my penis, the cylinders are almost flat, and I feel like dog ears higher up).
Do you think the glans is floppy but remediable with cycling and full inflation or do you think that I must begin to worry?

46 yo, ED since 3 years, tried pills. Venous leakage. Implanted 30/04/25 Pr. Andrianne CHU Liège coloplast titan OTR 20 cm +2 cm rte.
Initial measures ( ved 17.5 cm length, +-16 cm length +- 16 cm girth, 12cm partially inflated)

No, at only 6 days post op you are very early in the recovery process. I wish my dick had looked that healthy at 6 days. I also had similar concerns at that stage, but everything now seems to be falling into place, from doing as much cycling as I can manage to fit in each day. Looking at your pics, you are uncircumcised and the slightly floppy glans isn't obvious until you pull the foreskin back in the second photo. I reckon you will be fine once you get into cycling. Try not to worry this early, you are still healing. For comparison I'm circumsized but finding that the implant cylinders do eventually stretch further into the glans, albeit very slowly (I'm almost 9 weeks post op).

70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.

Your cylinders will expand and advance when you are fully inflated. This will improve even further with cycling over the first few months.
