Clavell is a Rock Star !!! It was kinda surreal meeting him for the 1st time prior to my surgery. He's as genuine and caring as his videos portray.

I really liked him. He gave me a lot of time. I have an appointment with Hakky to get the "infrapubic" perspective and a local surgeon who Clavell mentioned when I asked him for suggestions. Then I'll make a decision.
Middle-aged SGM with lifelong ED. IPP Implanted January 2025. IPP explanted due to infection February 2025 and replaced with salvage malleable. Looking to get revision.to IPP.

I have the peni-master and it has allowed me to gain some length
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.
