Pumping questions titan touch

Hi looking for some answers to a bit of an odd one

I’m 6 weeks now post op .. I had a revision from malleable to the titan one touch
So far so good I’ve had little pain after the op and I’ve started cycling as all cut are healed over and no wound .. there’s one thing I found odd while using the pump .. I started out I could only get 3 full pumps in until it was like a marble but it’s now around 5and a half pumps to 6 so going in the right direction .. one odd thing is if I press the pump down with quick pump it gos hard after the 5 pumps but if I very very slowly squeeze the pump I can do it over and over again with no inflation . Now I know if I press the pump hard while it’s like a marble at 5 pumps if I get a tiny pump in I know it’s inflated a bit more as I get an ache in my penis as if it’s straining .. I’m wondering if when you very slowly squeeze the pump down its actually moving any fluid as I can do this over and over again also how do you know if there’s any fluid left in the resivoir does the pump stay down and not return back to shape ?. couldn’t find anything on here about this so hope someone can share some light on this please
