hey buddy , did you have any issues being able to urinate after the implant ?
i had a tactra malleable implanted on the 18th of march .[ bad mistake being talked out of the ridgi10 ]
anyways they removed the catheter in 24 hours and since then 90 percent of the time i need to contract my abdomen to force the urine out . And do that 3 or 4 times to finish. so its been almost 3 weeks dealing with this now , and it looks like it might be permanent . i hope not .

well to be frank ,he is a rude ass. i did text him [he is india,im in the philippines]
first there was no response ,so i texted again a day or 2 later asking why no response ? that set him off. "I am a doctor! I'm busy ! If you have a issue, come here !'
right , hop on a plane to ask a question . I can pee but often need to push it out by contracting my abdomen . Hopefully it gets better .
I can say I regret letting him talk me out of the ridgi10 . These doctors must get paid to push a certain implant . anywaysits to late now .

I hope your condition improves in time. It is disheartening to hear this response from that surgeon. I feel for you.

To me, it's interesting that the only surgeon in the whole world who loves Tactra is the one from India, despite its poor bend memory on the higher diameter rods. Is Boston Scientific compensating him knowing well that India has the highest market share for Malleables with its 1.4B population? I don't know.

hey lasthope . well that issue resolved itself thankfully
the other gripes i have are the loss of girth .i found a cock ring helps with that.
but i still want to get HA fillers . That will also add some more natural feeling to the shaft . as it is hard near the glans , but as of now due to the motorbike accident ill have to wait a month or 2 .
Then the not staying in a 3 o-clock position . it falls as soon as i let it go . One non affiliated doc said its probably due to my larger corporal diameter . :[ ...ok , and the one who did the implant ,said its normal .
other than that, it's functional .
How about you ?

Thank you very much for this, edindia.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Wishing you a speedy recovery from the accident, ready2go. Good luck with the HA fillers. Keep us posted on how it goes. I'd love a 24/7 HA filled dick! I just want to see some published studies on implanted men. Counting on Dr. Perito for that. I'm taking daily Tadalafil for girth and it's helping. Functional and no complaints thus far. Larger corporal diameter reasoning makes sense!

i did see dr perito say that men who have an implant tend to retain th HA fillers longer , so hopefully that is the effect with us . i had used tadalafil from india on demand and at times daily doses . But after, using it for years, it started to give me severe heartburn . now one dose ,and ill get heartburn for a week over anything . plus i developed an issue not being able to swallow and it could get bad . after the implant ,i stopped using tadalafil and to my surprise the esophagus problem cleared up . it worked for good erections ,but girl on top was becoming am issue and the other problems . so i stopped using it .
. i did try using a ved a few times with a light amount of vacuum . just enough to swell the girth ,but not enough to pull the dicky to a longer length. Before the implant , using the VED daily for health "maintenance" it would about fill the tube in girth and close to the end of the tube in length . but ved size has no bearing on non ved size besides the benefit of blood flow . Unfortunately right ? haha .
after the few sessions with ved on the malleable , the glans were sensitive for over a week . Coincidence ? IDK .but i have done any more of that since then .
so as of now im looking forward to a little HA fillers for both ,regaining girth and to cushion the hard rods near the top of the shaft . fingers crossed :]

Good to know that from Perito that HA fillers tend to last longer in implanted guys. Beyond the girth benefits, one thing I really enjoy about daily Tadalafil is that warm throbbing full-blooded sensation it gives over my malleable rods. Have you ever tried taking Omeprazole 20mg daily to manage the acidity? I can’t live without Omeprazole, I'm big pharma's spoilt child. :D

no never heard of Omeprazole . chances are its not available in the Philippines . plus getting ligit cialis is cazy high .
but yeah nothing beats the natural raging boner . i do get engorged when in the mood, not to the girth i was before ,but with the rubber cock ring on its maybe a 50 % recovery .next up in time, is the HA fillers . so i start out with what i had before the implant . that will be interesting to be packing that 24/7 albeit tucked "down"
when i sit , mr sausage tends to ride up some and show off a little .
so the other day . my wife who is now back after a year , had ordered some yuca cakes , she wasn't home , so i stood up to get the cash . the girl took a good look at my package :) maybe i should have asked her for a even trade, haha
oh hang on, Omeprazole 20mg is available at about 50 cents a pill. .side effects though, can damage the kidneys .
