Hey guys, I've been struggling with erectile dysfunction for a while.
I think a ring and 100 milligrams of Viagra aren't enough for my venous leakage.
I can have sex, but if I talk, it goes back up, and I can only have sex in certain positions.
Here in Argentina, the implant looks like death; no urologist wants to insert one.
Maybe I'm too young, 32.
The most likely option is to get an Argentine-made malleable implant. I don't think insurance will cover an inflatable one.
Can someone who has an implant explain the sensation and if I lose volume? Because my penis is only 5 inches long, I've lost 1 inch due to oeyronie. Maybe I can recover with the implant.
I'd like you to be very honest about whether there's a high risk of erosion with a malleable implant at 32 years old and the sensation of having sex and wearing it!

Re: Need opinion
if you are 5inches you can't go with malleable option. You must go with IPP and to an high volume doctor.
You risk to be around 4inches post-op and at that point it would be completely useless

LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

Don't go a malleable man, they're only for older men that don't have the hand strength for the pump
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

While studying malleable implants, I realized that when they are installed, you lose 0.2-0.4 inches in length, and in circumference, your penis will be the same as a fully stretched penis in circumference plus the diameter of two cylinders.

I disagree with you. I’ve seen several people who have had malleable implants for over 20 years and they are completely satisfied with them. Some people don’t choose a malleable implant because they are concerned about concealment issues, but for me personally, it’s better than constantly worrying about breakdowns. Also, there is very little information about tissue thinning after using inflatable implants for more than 20-30 years. I would like to have a malleable implant, but unfortunately, I cannot get it because in that case my penis would be very thin.

Not true from what I have witnessed...malleable implantees loose anywhere between 0% and 15% in length...they usually lie on the 0% side...girth is what will almost always be lost and usually it's around 0.5 inshes....
Yess ipp implantees retain more size but this isn't always significant in most cases...ipps could sometimes demolish the whole penis through infections and high replacement rate.
Less than or equal to 5 inches in length isn't a special case...it's the fucking 50% of the population (considering normal distribution curve)....4 inches as per medical cutoffs aren't "useless"...what's in the literature 7cm bone pressed is sufficient for intercourse...However, andrologists disagree on this and currently considering 9 cm bone pressed is the cutoff.

That's what companies made us believe.

Use ved to gain what you lost. For the implant go see different Dr and make your opinion

Hey bambino, you are in a tough place brother...
So tell us,
1. has your peyroines being fixed or you still suffer with this?
2. Do you get morning wood?
3. Do you wake up some nights and have a properly hard dick?
4. Have you done the tests for venous leak?
I ask these questions because we all have to exhaust the options before going to implant but you in your position most definitely have to rule out pyscological ed..
The only person I could see from a Google search is dr javier belinky, have you heard of him??
On the subject of insurance covering the inflatable, all I know is here in Ireland if the consultant/surgeon says that inflatable is the only implant for a man of your age and gives other strong arguments, then I would say you might get covered...
I'm going with inflatable over malleable personally,
I can see some pro's to a malleable but far more pro's to an inflatable
Also if I was you I would start a regime of ved and stretcher... but just don't be stupid and hurt yourself...
With both ved and stretcher you shouldn't be feeling pain... if a malleable in the end is all you can get, I would probably go for about a year or so till I gained some length to possibly have none to all of it lost...
The thing about the malleable is you can always get filler to improve the girth but that also comes with risks and costs...
I was 6 inches length and 4.5 inches girth before my first implant, and back then, none of us were talking about filler, so the advice from my implanter was don't even think about a malleable implant... and a titan was advised over an ams... I didn't want to lose any size, but particularly for such a small girth, I couldn't take any chances...
At 5 inches length, that's not bad. You can still do damage, but if it's 5 length or less and a small girth, your confidence will take a beating... of course, you can find a woman that will love you and enjoy sex but if I were you exhaust all other options
And get ved and stretching(smartly)
