I think if you're over 7 inches I wouldn't do the LGX go with the CX or a Titan. I think there's too much flexibility in the implant with an LGX when you get above 7" and guys aren't as happy with it.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Hey Chuck,

Even though I did mention the three types I analyzed, he did not suggest that I go with one brand vs the other.

This is really a convo for my urologist.

Incidentally, Cornell Weill here in NYC, one of the best hospitals in the country, only uses the Titan. I asked why that was, they said that they get the best bang for the buck by stocking one type of implant and that they are of the opinion that the Titan is the best. Of course, it could be that they get the best kick-back from Titan...

Pills , Trimix in high concentrations, PRP and Gainswave therapy stopped working.

Exactly what my deep dive into ChatGPT indicated. It seems that the Titan will be the best for me.
