Everything continues to go well and erection comfort levels are slowly improving. When flaccid there is now rarely any discomfort, twinges etc. So overall I remain very happy with how everything is going, and currently have no doubts that I made the right decision.

Thanks Chuck, you too! I read your recent update and it sounds like you are doing really well.

Just gone past week 10 post op and I've had a minor setback this past week or so. I developed a fungal infection last weekend after we last tried PIV sex about 10 days ago. A lumpy itchy/sore rash on my dick, like a type of jock itch. It now looks like mrs may have possibly had a UTI at the time. We are waiting for pathology results on that but she has been prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. I've been using antifungal/cortisone ointment since Monday and the rash has been slowly improving. To complicate things this happened the night before we flew interstate for a few days break, so I had to self medicate until I could see our local GP yesterday. He had a good look and isn't concerned. Wants me to keep up with the cream until Monday, and if it hasn't fully resolved try a different one (forgotten the name but I wrote it down). So unfortunately we are both sidelined temporarily for sex. But I'm still keeping up with the daily cycling routine. Apart from some minor residual rash everything is looking good and I remain happy with progress. I'm now not too far off my pre RRP erect length and girth (going from memory). I'm becoming more confident that I'll get there. Cycling at maximum inflation is less painful, and I can hold it there much longer before I need to release the pressure. I had no problem with 45 minutes today and I think I can probably get to an hour without too much discomfort. Usually have a sore dick for a while afterwards, but I can live with that if it means everything is being stretched and achieving gains.

LGXDownunder, that's great progress ! I'm a few weeks ahead of you and that sounds similar to how things progressed for me -- with the addition of some residual swelling. Also great that you and the wife have created your own "new normal" for enjoying.

Thanks Chuck, I think we are on a similar trajectory! I do have a little residual scrotal swelling, which I assume will eventually disappear altogether.
But it's difficult to be certain as the third brother, tubing etc also take up a fair bit of real estate.

LGXDownunder, FWIW, I've found that with each passing week I'm less aware of the 'third brother' :) It seems like over time the brain just adapts and does what's necessary to accommodate it -- how I sit down, stand up, move around, get in and out of the truck -- I know I'm doing some of that differently but its just become a subconscious thing.

I'm finding similar Chuck, but a few weeks behind you, and things continue to change but in very small increments. I rarely notice anything when flaccid going about my business. Just an occasional brief sharp pain or some soreness to remind me that I'm still healing. During the first month or more sitting caused a lot of scrotal discomfort, mainly where the third brother lives (aka pump for the uninitiated :)). I usually had to sit right on the edge of any seat and used a cushion for driving. Now I can put as much pressure there as I like and there is no discomfort. As you say, it is becoming subconscious now. Of course I'm very conscious of the third brother when I need him. So far he's proven to be very loyal, reliable, up to the task, and I always know where to find him .
