For those of you who have not experienced one or more botched implants, you have no idea the feelings that it brings on. Especially if you had researched surgeons and thought you had chosen the best there is. When the doctors who are supposedly the best throw up their hands, it's a very lonely feeling.

Botched implant, now what do I do?

Re: Botched implant, now what do I do?
My implant April 24, 2013 was "botched" in many different ways. A doctor in Nashville who works with a lifelong friend of mine told me 'you live in South Florida...go see Dr. Paul Perito in Miami. I did. New implant April 25, 2014. Now I'm happy! Good Luck, don't give up....!
73 Years old. RP Oct 2010, No erections after, Botched Titan implant April, 2013, Successful Titan revision, April , 2014 by Dr. Paul Perito, Miami. Titan failure Feb 2017. Rev. by Dr Perito March 1st, 2017. Titan failure Nov 2020. New Titan January 2021

I also had a botched revision implant guess by whom!
Prof. SK Wilson here in Germany at one of his tours. Due to having been attentive did not encounter perforation, but shortly before.
What you need is some patch of your Tunica Albuginea before being implanted a new hopefully matching thing. The matter of choice is bovine pericard. Don't know whether Dr. Kramer (Maryland?) is used to make it. But for sure the excellent Dr. Burnett (no high volume) from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore is experienced in doing that.
The problem is whenever you caught the wrong surgeon, you'll have to pay a lot. In my case I should have deflated Wilson's shit immediately post op as soon as being aware of the S-shape deformity.
regards
