Does masterbation help heal the nerves that are damage in a PR operation. Mine was done on a robat.

Light grip masturbation may help. Instead, try light jelqing (milking) which forces additional blood into the penis which helps heal damaged tissue.

Thanks for the reply. I have been doing that on a regular basis am just starting vibration theropy probably too late. My Uro didn't much care about the sexual side of the problem. I don't live close to Paul or anyone like him so it has been this forum and self guidance that has got me where I am. I just upped my Cialis to 20mg daily see how that works.

Hi David, Had a thought and come up with this, just google it, tens treatment for penis nerve damage, and you will also see about Viberect, which is advertised on here, both will help to get your nerves going again.
