Does the body build up a tolerance to this stuff that requires increasing the dosage? My uro started me at 15 units, which seemed to work well. Then he suggested going to 20. I upped it myself to 26, then 30. Now I'm considering 40, and it's only been 6 months since I started.

I'm sorry about your wife wanting a divorce. I'm assuming it's more than your ED. My ex would have been happy to not have me bugging her for sex.

40 units for 1.5 hour 9.5/10 erection.

Over the past year or so I have had to slowly increase my dose from 15 units up to 45 units. However, I have reduced my frequency of use from two to three times a week in the beginning to about once every 10 days because I started using my VED more often. This past month I have injected at least once a week and this morning got great results with 40 units. May try 35 if I inject again in a few days.

Point of interest:

I recently read that in Germany the medical profession rates erection quality using E1 - nothing up to E5 - 100%.

I did a test today with a just-thawed vial from the pharmacy last month. I did 30 units and quickly got a decent erection without stimulation. With stimulation it was very good. I lasted over two hours before I took a couple of Sudafed. It might have gone to three hours, but I didn't want to chance it.

The vial I used before must have gotten heated up at some point on my trip. That or I didn't inject properly twice in a row, which I doubt.
