Newbie - need help

Postby oldcar » Thu Jul 31, 2014 10:11 am

First of all I am a newbie at this; I was treated for cancer of the prostrate and it was removed in June 2008 and it is at that time that the ED issue arose. I have tried the vacuum pump and the injections all to no avail. I am going to my urologist today for consultation on an implant. One of my concerns is, is it worthwhile to have an implant when your age is 70 + years old. My question to all of you out there is; is there anyone out there 70+ years old that has had an implant and do you feel it was worthwhile at that age to have an implant. I am wondering at my age if an implant is worthwhile.
I have read many comments and I am learning.
Thank You

I'd go for it, but it's how you feel about it that counts.
I really don't feel old yet at 75, but that could change without notice.

Hello old car. I'm 82. Had my implant done in July this year, and my only regret is that I didn't do it 20 years ago. If you have any questions, ask away. I'll be glad to help.
