Yes, especially if you take some pde5 inhibitor like cialis or Viagra.

If PDE5s don't work, Trimix injections generate even more blood flow which should overcome a mild to severe venous leak.

If the above fail, you should try a VED with a tight constriction band. Pretty much will overcome any venous leak; however, the constriction causes your erection to start to become insensitive and numb after ten minutes and needs to be removed after 20 minutes.

I have moderate venous leak. I'm still able to have sex with the right combo of tools.

I use a PDE5, Grape Seed Extract, L-Citrulline, and a constriction ring. That is the best combo I've found so far.

That mix gives me a solid erection I'm able to maintain during sex.

What do Grape Seed Extract and L-Citrulline do?

They both promote blood flow via nitric oxide production.

L-Citrulline is the precursor to L-Arginine, and has been shown to increase Arginine blood plasma levels more efficiently than Arginine itself.

Grape Seed Extract is very similar to Pycnogenol (just way less expensive), is one of most potent known antioxidents, and has countless other health benefits as well.

most web sites advise against taking both a pde-5 inhibitor and l-citrulline at the same time....what exactly are you taking? What doses? how often do you take the l-citrulline? daily or just when you want to have sex? have you discussed this with your urologist?

thanks,

I have venous leakage and I can have sex with 100mg of Viagra but it will only stay hard when I'm thrusting. If we stop to change positions, she has to work on my penis to get it hard again.

I am aware of the warnings. They do concern me slightly.

I know L-Citrulline is a far more gradual increase in nitric oxide in comparison to L-Arginine, so I'm assuming the risk of combining it with a PDE5 is less.

I take Grape Seed Extract (400 mg) and Citrulline (2.5g) daily and only a PDE5 when I think sex might be on the table. I've had no negative side effects from the combination yet. I've also yet to find any testimonials of negative reactions people have had taking the combination (granted there's probably not a lot of people out there using that combo though).

Sex is difficult when you have moderate venous leak. If I could effectively maintain an erection with just a PDE5 and a cock ring (lord knows I've tried) I'd eliminate the other supplements in an instant. But those aren't that reliable for me and my failure rate is still pretty high with those 2. Adding in GSE and L-Citrulline seemingly makes a huge difference for me. I'm willing to live with the potential dangers for now until I can find something better.

But yes anyone who read my testimonial should be aware that Citrulline and PDE5 can both potentially lower blood pressure significantly. Be careful.
