Do you think that pumping the prosthesis up to the max daily will make the penis grow longer or maybe larger ?

You should pump daily (if possible) anyway ... to maintain a healthy penis. Now by doing that ... is your question - "will it grow larger/longer" ... it will only get as big as the cylinders allow.

Depending on the kind of implant you received it might grow in length and girth.Supposedly the AMS 700 LGX will increase in both length and girth over time.In my case I have the AMS 700 CX and it will not increase in length no matter how much or how long I pump it up.It should grow a small amount in girth because that is how the cylinders were made. So it really depends on what kind of implant you have.

67 years old.Married 45 years to my gorgeous wife .Had ED for 22 years.Had AMS 700 CX implant on 7-17-14.New work done on 9-7-16 by Dr. Andrew Kramer.Kramer took out a CX 18cm plus 1 extender and replaced with LGX 21cm plus 3 extenders.
