I n recovery!

Day 5, I slept like a baby last night. I had a slight headache, took Aleve twice and I was good. The only problem I am having is the stitches rubbing my underwear and the hair growing back. No pain, just mild soreness.

Well day 7, I am still sore a little it goes and come. I will be glad when the stitches fall off. I've squeezed the pump a couple of times, measured over 6 1/4 inches length. I was laying in bed with it sticking up this morning under the covers. My wife asked if that was my dick sticking up and I told her yes. She started asking questions about the implant, if it's going to work. I told her yes, we will see when we try it out. The pump is hard to squeeze because of the saline solution in it. I am not getting a good squeeze on it but that will come with more practices. I need to wait until after my 2 week check up on the 29th of Sept before I do anymore pumping. LOL! You got a new toy and you can't play with it until you get the okay from the doctor.

I went in for my 2 week post op appointment. My Urologist said I was healing very good. He deflated my penis completely. He told me not to have any sex until my follow up on October 9th that will put me at 5 weeks. Well, I didn't listen to that, I've tried it out twice. My wife is very happy (LOL! she is making more nosie during sex), she said finally a dick that works. She don't understand the details on the implant, all she want me to do is have it hard and ready. I told her, my penis should grow almost 1 1/2 inches within 18 months, she said WOW! I used the VED twice to make the head bigger but it looks as if my whole penis is getting bigger. I stopped using the VED until I go back to the doctor. I am HAPPY, my Urologist did an outstanding job.

First, congratgs on your progress. I am still considering an implant. I have to ask, you said you gained length? That seems to run counter to what I have read from others. Many say they have lost length. Is that dependent on the kind of implant (brand name ) or what?

When I consulted with my uro he told me I would possibly loose a little and frankly, I can't afford to loose much. lol
Sounds like your doing very well though. And I have to guess that your wife is very happy and smiling a lot.

Thank you! I used my VED to make sure that I didn't lose any length. I pumped up the morning of my surgery. My Urologist attended college at Vanderbilt and did his residents at Duke so he has his on private business. I think, he is better than the 3 that are mention on the this board. I talked to him about the board and the urologists at Vanderbilt and Duke, he knows them. They are younger than him.

I didn't lose any length after the operation. I used the VED because the head will be smaller, while using the VED I gained all over.

Yeah, the wife is all smiles cause I Rocked her World! She knows the doctor hasn't told me it's okay to use the implant. She let me test it twice. I had soreness during sex and after but took Aleve soreness gone. I didn't have a probelm ejaculating.

The only problems after surgery is pain for about 4 days. I've had problems trying to sleep with the pump because I sleep on my side. The other problem is dripping after peeing, hopefully this will go away, it is improving.

Thank you! Yes, I am having a mild recovery. Thank GOD! I did a lot of praying and research before I made the decision to have the implant installed. The first 3 days were my worst but as time passes things are getting better.
