My AMS LGX 700 implant measurement was 18 CM Cylinder Size and 4 CM RTE 100 ML Reservoir. My Urologist released me at 5 weeks, because I will be traveling for a month. I stop using my VED for now because of soreness returned after using it. I will give myself more healing time before I try it again. When I inflate my implant to the max, I feel the burning and sometime I don't feel any burning. I've been doing a lot of reading on the implant, some say you gain more girth and length up to 3 years.

I was implanted Sept 15, 2014. My urologists Dr. James Flatt, (Huntsville, AL) he has a private business. He did an outstanding job. Surgery started a little after 1:30PM, I was done around 4PM went home the same night. I am at 6 weeks and 3 days post op. The only pain is during pumping up, it's a burning pain. I guess the skin is stretching, I am trying to get back to 7 1/2 inches length and 6 inches rounds. I hope my AMS LGX 700 would stretch over 8 inches in length. When I pump up it is very hard. I use the two hand method, one hand holding the wires just above the deflate button (sometimes my hand slips hurts like hell until you get use to it) the other hand squeezing. The skin around the pump area where you are squeezing will toughing up after you start pumping regular. My flaccid size is over 5 inches, LOL! I catch women staring at my dick like they are in a daze. The incision is healed, the skin is almost back to it's original color. I haven't been able to measure but my penis look and feel longer since I've been pumping. I know the ball on the pump gets smaller the more you pump, but some say it goes flat when you run out of saline. I haven't got there yet because of the pain.

I'm at 7 weeks post op. I've been pumping up 2 times a day. I am on travel, so I got more time on my hand. It looks like my penis is stretching on it's on from just pumping up. I pump until I feel pain and then massage my penis and then deflate. Once I return home, I will start using my VED again because I don't have any soreness. I will order a bigger tube for my VED. I have a 2 1/4 inches round and 9 inches length. I will order a 12 inches in length. I've pumped up over 8.5 inches with my VED so 9 inches tube might be to small. I am very cautious with the VED, I pump no longer than 15 minutes or until I feel pain then I stop. I've went back to running and weight training with no problems. The only problem is sleeping on your side, the pump gets in the way so you have to move around to get comfortable.

The first time I had sex with the implant it hurt like hell. LOL! I took it like a man. I started using it after my 2 week checkup. It got better the more I used it. My wife said it felt cold the last time we had sex. I told her it will warm up so I am hoping this won't be a problem.

I am dealing with the cold penis head. I start using a blow dryer to warm the area up. The blow dryer workers good. I tried jelqing this morning but this was after using the blow dryer. My penis head stayed warm. The next time I feel my penis head getting cold I will start jelqing to see if that would do the trick without the blow dryer. Has anyone tried jelqing to keep the penis head warm?

I have the AMS LGX 700, I don't know if anyone else experience an automatic deflate. I don't know how I did it but it's happen 2 times when I pressed the deflate button and released it and it completely deflated on it's on. I was trying to deflate it to 80% because of the pain when you pump it to the max. I wished it would inflate on it's on.

I am a little over 6 weeks post op. I've been pumping up to the max, to see how long I can stay that way until the pain takes over. I am at 45 minutes before I have to deflate. The pain is coming at the head, from the urethra. I think it's from stretching the urethra is what's causing the pain. I am hoping this burning pain goes away. I am pumping 2 times a day and holding it to 45 minutes.
