Re: Day 2 with my AMS 700 LGX
what do you mean he cut the webbing back so it hangs more freely? care to explain?
Re: Day 2 with my AMS 700 LGX
The webbing is the skin attached to the underside of the penis shaft for me it went from about 1 inch from the head of the penis to the scrotum so that when I was flaccid my dick would retract into the scrotum excess skin even though I have always been happy with the size of my erection I have never liked the fact that my dick did not hang long when flaccid. Since being on this site I have learnt that that is called a shower rather than a grower and the excess skin is referred to as a turtle. Crazy to wait all this time to learn the things that I have not discussed with another man before. So you can imagine how I felt when my doctor looked at it and said I can tidy that up for you at the same time we do the implant as it will be the same incision just with a little adjustment. If I had know before I would have had it done years ago and not dreaded the locker room exposure it seems the surgery on its own is quite expensive, cosmetic surgery but as part of the implant it cost me nothing extra. Day 3 and it is looking very good a complete free hanging shaft. The underside is very tender with the extra stitches but well worth it. All in all I am feeling great with no real pain only a little discomfort. So thankful for a site like this that allows me to talk about things, my body, that normally guys don't discuss.

Re: Day 1 to 4 (AMS 700 LGX)
Day 4 All going well some sharp pain in the incision site, some bruising coming out in the scrotum, tender down there but not too bad. Still loading with antibiotics and taking pain tablets as needed.
While it has all gone so well I will be happy when I get past the incision being healed, plan to take it easy for another week.
I would like to jump up and down with relief but I realise that there is still a fair way to go yet so for now I am just thankful that I have got through the first 4 days as well as I have. Really thankful that we purchased a urine bottle, hospital style, makes peeing so much easier with a semi erect penis. My first appointment at the Docs is in 5 days just to check the wound.
Not really thinking sex at the moment maybe just as well!!

Re: Day 1 to 4 in recovery (LGX)
Hi, will you post some pictures of your surgery or of your hanging cock as it is now?
Re: Day 1 to 5 in recovery (LGX)
had not planned to post photos but happy to share more details re size, girth and appearance at day 5.
Pre op my erection was 6 1/2 but my flaccid was most of the time a shrinker to a turtle not great for the male ego, or the locker room. With the LGX you get an immediate girth that is ego wise most impressive, even though my pubic area (hairless at the moment) is slightly swollen, when flat again will add to the look and length of my new look flaccid penis that is hanging at 5 inches now. When I say hanging it is sitting over a good size scrotum due to the addition of my new third nut and a slight swelling of the balls. It could be taken as a semi but nothing I would be embarrassed about in the locker room. Having good sized balls I have always had a good size bulge even with a shrinker but now I have a shower to account for, trying different underwear the best for comfort is a pouch style that lifts and supports by nuts all three and allows my cock to sit to the left slightly angled up, looks and feels good.
I notice that many doctors suggest the you keep your penis facing north for some time after surgery but mine was happy to let him hang wherever was normal or comfortable, no pain any time from the shaft re it's position only the discomfort from the underside stitches due to the removal of the web. The removal of the web has really made a big difference to the appearance of the length but most of all in intercourse the shaft will get its full length in, which will be I hope even more satisfying. Crazy thing is that until the implant I was not aware that the webbing could be cut back to allow my cock to hang free and improve its flaccid length. It will take a few weeks yet to see what I will achieve with a full erection with the LGX but will wait and see, so far very happy.
The injections were sort of OK for occasional erections but I feel that I have done the best thing for me by having the implant I now have a total package (pun intended) that gives me an amazing lift in male ego and the ability for us to enjoy spontaneous sex with an ensured rigid cock for as long as we want.

Re: Day 1 to 5 of recovery
Day 7
The only real discomfort bordering on occasional pain is the pump sitting low in the sac between my balls. The sac and nuts now feel soft and normal again, stiches are heeling quite well, but the weight and solidness of the pump hangs quite low and has a real draining feeling and can be sore to touch.
I was surprised at how solid the pump feels more like a large glass marble
Is this a normal experience and feeling at this stage and that the addition is so sensitive?

Re: Day 1 to 7 of recovery
Hey Zac,
The pump hanging low like that is how mine is. And yes it does feel like a heavy marble.
I wish I had the doc tidy up my web. My new/normal hanging length is close to 6"which would look so much better with the webbing cut back. I only grow another inch when totally pumped.

Re: Day 1 to 7 of recovery
I was going to say that my new/normal hang only looks a 4 incher. But looking in the mirror, pulling back the web makes it look like I would be the envy of the penis enviers of the locker room. Well....too bad, I'm sure tiding the web back will never happen.

Re: Days 1 to 8 of recovery
Day 8 and so happy that the healing process is going so well, stitches are drying and the wound is looking a natural colour actually the whole package, cock, balls, sac and surrounding area all look back to normal, if it wasn't for the slight discomfort of the pump I could forget that I had surgery a week ago.
Now just the wait until we get around to the activation stage, not sure if that will be a painful process but hopefully it's all UP from here (after all that was the intention to get it up)
Cheers guys

Re: Days 1 to 8 of recovery
Zac - Thanks for your posts.
Please post your updates. There's at least one person who is closely watching, reading it multiple times , your updates.
Can you also update on your sleeping pattern? Is the pain waking you up? Are you hurting yourself during the sleep?
I will be following your posts closely and they definitely tells me what to expect in the next few days.
Assuming everything goes well for us -
You are like my car head lights during the night.

I may be the 8 days rewinded version of you.
