I know my question involves a legal matter. But, I'd like to get your opinions on it to cover as many bases as I can. I experienced a bent penis from injecting trimix 2 years ago. The pharmacy that sold me the trimix compound included needles that were long, as long as 1 to 2 inches long.
I would inject the needle all the way in the penis. I would feel excruciating pain all over my penis. Weeks later, I developed a bent penis. Later on, I found out that the pharmacy was not supposed to have sent me such long needles that caused so much pain, a bent penis and more impotence as a result.
Do you guys think that the pharmacy is liable? Do you think I can sue them for their mistake?

ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.
Re: Should I Sue Pharmacy for My Bent Penis?
I think if you have proof (like on paper) that they gave you such large needles, you may have a case, unless they gave you instructions for using them.
It sounds like you have the cause covered.

Re: Should I Sue Pharmacy for My Bent Penis?
is there any objective way to prove that the injections caused the curvature? If there was in fact a mistake, are you sure it's on the part of the pharmacy? When you say "...all the way into the penis..." do you mean you stuck in a 2" needle as far as it would go? Did your urologist (not the pharmacy) instruct you on correct injection technique? If the answers are "yes" and "no", respectively, I don't think you'd have much of a case. Just my opinion FWIW.

Hi, dg_moore and tomas1. Yes, I injected the length of the needle all the way in. Thats what I meant. My uro didn't instruct me on correct injection procedure. It was straight forward. But the pharmacy did send me these needles. The needles were too long and a bit too thick. They sent instructions on use. But the booklet made no mention of how deep to inject. It showed a pic of the needle injected all the way in the penis. The pic is astonishingly similar to this image linked below:

Let me know what you think.. Thanks!

Many people use insulin needles to inject, which are no more than about 1/2". So if you have, say, a 2" needle, when you inject the needle should only be inserted about 1/2" or so into the penis. If you inserted much deeper than that it's no wonder it hurt! I have no idea if that could cause curvature, but I'm surprised you didn't get a live demonstration from your urologist. Giving a patient a prescription with no instructions sounds pretty careless to me. I guess you need to find out if there's a likely relationship between the injecting and the curvature - I would check with (a different) urologist and get a second opinion.

Re: Should I Sue Pharmacy for My Bent Penis?
I've recently started using the 5/16" insulin needle and I like the fact that it's virtually painless. I did bend one once, but it appears to have been an isolated case.
It scared me when I looked at it and thought it may have broken off in Willie. That would be a bad experience.

Hi, dg_moore. The pharmacy sent needles that were way too long. And they were a bit thick too. I think I'll call them and ask them to send me a list of all the needles and their sizes to see exactly. I called my uro and he said theres a relationship between needles and curvature. Fibrosis can occur as a permenent side effect. Based on this info, do you still think these are grounds to bring this pharmacy to court?

Alterr, this is a question for a lawyer, which I am not. But from what I understand about fibrosis, it is chronic and occurs after repeated (i.e., more than just a couple) injections - I think just one or two (or three) would not result in fibrosis. You can probably get a quick consultation with an attorney at no or little cost, just to get a professional's opinion of whether there's enough to justify pursuing a lawsuit. Nothing is ever certain about a lawsuit except that it will cost you more than you ever imagined and drag on forever. Just my opinion FWIW.

From what you described I couldn't imagine anybody doing it more than once or twice.
