Just was implanted and curious about size of tubes....

Thanks again to all who responded to my previous post yesterday. I gained access to my surgical notes and saw he left 75cc of fluid in the tubes. The notes say he used a pair of AMS LGX 700 at 18 cm long, with 1.5 cm tip extender. I was wondering what length in inches this equates to in a penis measurement I would be familiar with. If the length is 7", that would surprise me as I am average in length (pre-op) So, I probably don't understand how it translates. Thanks for any info but it is what it is at this point.

James, I too have the LGX with 18cm cylinders and 3cm RTE's. 19.5cm = 7.677 inches.
I was 6.25 inches before surgery and with the expansion of the LGX I'm just a hair short of 7 inches now.
My implant is 1.5cm longer than your's which is equal to 0.59 inches.

I just read your very thorough account of your implant - it really is fabulous and you have helped countless men, including me. Oddly, I had not seen your posts until just today. I am just slightly older than you and I think my recovery is similar to yours and your photos look similar to my state. I was also very bothered by the tight stockings and the constricting pressure devices on my calves. I just cannot stand to be bound like that. I also did not care for the catheter and it's removal. Today is the third day post surgery for me. Assuming it works right, I would do it again but my wife thinks I am crazy to have "self-inflicted" myself with this pain. I just tell her I had to be a man again. I don't know if my penis is so swollen as it is to some degree erected and what is the best way to support it for best comfort.
All I can do is take one day at a time and let the healing take it's course.
