Brothers of the Bionic Order:
I have tried all options (Oral Medications, Injections, Pump) to not avail. My lack of results is due to a venous leak. I am giving serious consideration to an AMS700 Implant.
I will appreciate feedback from any one who has had experience with this product. The more information you provide the better.

You could start by using this forum's search function. You'll find a ton of information, and maybe post some narrower questions after you've read the many accounts here.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

I've been bionic over a year. My advice to you is to go with a top surgeon, and do it!

Been bionic for 5 months with a Titan and the only problem is it is too hard...kidding. It is great never thinking about not getting an erection again. I had a leak, too. Nothing worked. This does.
