You'll be fine. This whole period will be over before you know it. Just keep your Tylenol and ice packs handy!

Best of luck!

Deano the worrying is normal. I had my surgery Thursday and all went fine. But for the week preceding it I was a basket case, as my wife would attest. I wasn't worried about the pain, first, all of the comments at this site put it to rest. What concerned me was, at my age (which the hospital documents listed as 74.7) whether I'd still have my mind after general anesthesia - choosing a spinal solved that problem.

Sure, there's discomfort at this stage. but it will all be worth it....I'm told.

It's over... That was the big hurdle. Before you know it you will rise to any occasion!
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Hi Deano
Well Mate all I can say is you would not be taking this seriously enough if it did not scare the fucking shit out of you, this is one hell of a move for any guy to make but you have done it because like all of us you want to get back to enjoying life, to enjoying love and enjoying sex and in a very short time all of that will be the new you.
Sure we go through a bit to achieve the outcome, for me I am still at the practice stage but all ready I can see and feel what it takes to get back in the game. Having a stiff dick is a great feeling!
One of the comments I got when I was at your stage was "its all part of the process" and it helped me to put things in perspective, I still bitched here and there but Mate how lucky are we to have this opportunity.
Will be thinking of you, in a few weeks it will be you telling some new guy what he needs to move through the process.
How lucky are we to have Mates, sure we will never meet but in this we will always be Mates
Good Luck

Had it done yesterday and am experiencing all the pain and symptoms I expected.

You're right in saying the key word is expected i got an AMS 700 Lgx 21cm i believe the Dr kept me overnight to pump me full of antibiotics and to make sure all the plumbing works.

When he discharged me he told me it went textbook perfect and it was a nice one and would be getting the job done soon.

Day seven still swollen but not as much.

Bruising is still horrible, pain is not as bad.

I've gotta get back on the ice packs and try to combat the swelling I think if the swelling goes down it wont be near as uncomfortable.

Last night was a rough one woke up a couple times to pee and this morning I was swollen kinda bad.

Wife is taking very good care of me.
