Retrograde Ejaculation

Has anyone had retrograde ejaculation since penile implant, if so what did you do about it.

Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual climax, you may ejaculate very little or no semen. This is sometimes called a dry orgasm. Retrograde ejaculation isn't harmful, but it can cause male infertility. Treatment for retrograde ejaculation is generally only needed to restore fertility.

Eleven years ago I had open-abdomen surgery for BPH. Every since then I have had retrograde ejaculation. I have read that it happens with all the types of BPH surgery as the surgery damages the one-way valve mechanism that previously caused the semen to go out of the penis towards the woman and instead it goes back into the bladder. That has never been a problem for me. As far as I know it would only be a problem if you wanted to get the woman pregnant. Or I suppose if you were hired to make one of those porn movies that feature the guy ejaculating all over the woman.

I had R. E. before my implant due to post TURP issues.
But I was speaking to a friend from FT who was experiencing R. E. issues after his implant and the most obvious conclusion was that when he inflated his implant, the tubes in the penis pressed against the urethra so much, it basically closed it off.
If you do a very minimal inflate or none at all and masturbate and ejaculate, then you will know its the tubes in your penis pressing the urethra closed. If you orgasm and don't ejaculate, then you are either retograde ejaculating or not ejaculating at all, and will want to discuss the matter with your urologist.
