Some hospitals, especially those with a good urology or men's medicine department, have a free men's clinic, maybe once a year. Call around and see if that is the case. Some urologists also might give a reduced rate if you don't have insurance. It would be good for you to go get this checked out.

Thought I would give an update ... I took the advice of some of you, stopped all my pumping, and things are on the rise. I also bought some generic Cialis which I try to take at least 3 times a week. I can now achieve an erection that allows me to enjoy sex once again. It is is not rock hard, but I am satisfied. It feels good to cum while erect....
Thanks guys for you input and help.

I’m not sure if I can offer any light on your situation but here are my thoughts. I totally agree with you that Viagra and Cialis have terrible side effects. I experienced all the lights getting brighter, flushing and a burning followed by the headaches. I deridied taking that stuff. I changed to injections starting from low dose to high dose and added Viagra and Cialis again. It was the final straw and I went to the urologist who sent me in for an ultra sound; very embarrassing let me tell you as the technician is running his tool over my nonresponsive member. The result was a blood flow problem at 16%, and that explained why the drugs were not working. So to answer your question, you need to get an ultra sound to really understand if blood flow is the issue or not. If not many of the other resolves out there might work for you. I’m also gay and turned from a total top into a total bottom because of this problem. Now I’m bionic and hopefully versatile once again, time will tell in the next couple of weeks. Good luck on your journey friend.
