Charlie, as far as I have understood there are 3 styles of cylinders and they have to do with girth and hardness only, girth and length or the skinny version for those with peronies that the doc cannot get anything big in. My understanding is that all have an MS pump which is momentary squeeze. That said, I have yet to understand what in the foofoo momentary squeeze really means. As far as I know it was squeeze release so the bulb can inflate, squeeze inflate and each squeeze is momentary but what would be the alternative? Squeezing a long slow squeeze until the sun sets? I mean really. So to answer your question, I think they are referring to the pump with MS. With the 700 you may have an LGX that gets longer and wider, the CX that only gets fatter, or the CXR that is for the people they can only put a skinny cylinder in. CX, CXR or LGX will tell you what implant you have. No matter. As long as you have a dick you like, it praises Budda on command and you managed to get it done, you are freaking GOOD!. Day two post implant. Not counting day of surgery. Didn't sleep a lot last night but cat naped most of the day yesterday. Pretty much pain free this morning. Last pain pill was last night at 9:30. Still very swollen. Especially my penis. Going to call URO's office this morning to see if ice packs will continue to be of any use. Slight amount of discharge on the gauze pad. Over all I am feeling ok other then my concern over the swelling. Maybe after two days this is normal. Also, still very bruised and purple / black color. I am not allowed to shower yet because of the pad over the second incision where the reservoir was implanted. I will say that the scrotum and penis are not real tender to touch except when I get near that pump. The three boys object to that yet.

Charlie my mate did you know that woman love a man with Balls, shit man you now have three, they are going tobe all over you, your Mrs is going to have to fight them off.
Another week or so and you will be able to roll them around in your hand and have a good old play, as for the tenderness I still get the odd moment but as our brothers before us have said it will happen so our day will come and tenderness will all be gone. Actually the odd pain I get when pumping does me good because it reminds me just how far I Have come already and just how magic this whole process is.

Ha Ha ha...

Momentarily Squeeze the deflation valve and the pressure will release/deflate the device. Older pumps didn't work this well and took more effort to deflate.
