Can this be done?

Since you must have surgery to get an implant, has any one ever thought of cutting the suspensory ligaments and installing a longer implant, thus giving you more length when it is all done?

I can't imagine that some surgeon hasn't thought of this, and maybe even tried it, but I don't think there are any accounts of successful surgical lengthening techniques. If there were, there would be lines around the block to get it done.

i think that it could be done, and is done by some urologyst, but i think that the prothesis length is the corpora cavernosa length, and that length will be the same. so the implant size will be the same.

I was hoping that someone that has gone through with this procedure that may have some Intel with on idea or maybe if a MD that does this type of procedure could chime in.

It seems to me that I have seen threads on this very topic. Not sure where or when.

My research showed that this has been done in Europe, but American Dr.'s are apprehensive as it adds more trauma to the area. Even with the implant, and no cutting of the ligament, my penis now is at a lower angle when erect that more or less goes straight out from the body, not up. This would be even lower with the ligament cut.

Can you share the name of the European doctors that are doing this procedure? Do you know of any doctors here in the US that will do this? I guess I am less concerned about the angle after.
