dosage of trimix

I noticed comments here that the dosage varies from just a few units to more.
My MD put me on 20 U of trimix 30:1:10 and the assistant told me my erection is about 8 and lasts about an hour to an hour and a quarter.
Is this a relatively average, small or large dosage in general (I am aware everyone is different)?

20 units is probably a good starting dosage. You can make 2 - 5 unit adjustments up one down, depending on results.

I average an 8 level erection up to 1.5 hours or until I orgasm whichever comes first.

I make use of trimix to 7 years and always with the same dosage, 40 units. I never had any side effects (unless I apply with interval of 24 h ( I have a lot of pain when the penis gets soft) and the penis is always hard (from 90 to 150 minutes).
