First Pump

So had my surgery third week of November and had my first pump today. Holy hell. Talk about painful. Warm bath helps, but mine is shallow. So here I am laying in bed trying to meditate to get past the pain. I'm actually slightly light headed from the pain. That aside, I was told not to worry about size just yet. I'm hoping that's the case. I've pumped at the top of my pain threshold and the size is underwhelming to say the least. I know I should expect better length gains in time, guess I'm just looking for some reassurance. And hebrewhammer is right-the damn thing is stiff as all get out.

No pain no gain. Try ibuprofen. Also a sock full of dry beans or rice. Microwave until warm, and will help loosen things up as well

Glad to hear your on your way. So how far out of surgery did the Dr. activate you? Just wondering. I have a little less then 4 weeks to go. Doing the hot shower or bath thing daily.

The Dr's office suggested "activation" 4-6 weeks after surgery. Between his schedule and mine, it ended up being 6 weeks. I think it's fairly common for patients to start pumping on their own beforehand because he assumed that I had.

hey , how are you going? what is your size now and before the implant? how many weeks since your surgery? cheers

I would say I was a full and actual 6" before surgery. Right now I'm a thin 4". I'm looking back at previous posts and it seems like things will improve with twice daily pumping over the next several months. But there also seems to be some surgeons that are pumping up to almost 100% during surgery for recovery, whereas mine was barely pumped at all. I have the AMS CX with 21cm implant and 1cm tips.

I was implanted 4/3/14 and have been delighted so far with the results. I was 6" going into the procedure, 6 inches after, and 6 inches now.

My surgeon told me twice without me asking or me prompting him that I can expect increased dick length over time.


Has anyone with an LGX 700 grown 0 months after the implant ?

I've had my lgx for almost 15 months. I have gained about a quarter inch in length.

My personal experience was that after my first time pumping up (about 6 weeks after the surgery) I was horrified that I stood at about 6 1/2 inches. But I pumped up every day and after a few months returned to my normal 8 inches. And I had a Coloplast Titan, which does not expand in length.
