In my presurgery consult my Surgeon told me the biggest disappoint he hears from men following implant surgery has to do with the size of their erections. I don't get it. After 4 years when the implant restores my ability to make love with my wife I couldn't care less if I'm an inch or more shorter. What's the big deal? Why is size so important when you can enjoy the experience with a long or shorter erection?

it depends on your previous size. size is REALLY IMPORTANT for your personal pleasure and the pleasure of your partner.

I disagree. I've had to learn how to enjoy sex with a flaccid penis, so I seroiusly doubt an inch or more would add anything to my pleasure or my wife's, but to each his own

Have to agree with you 100% Yes I would like a larger size (don't we all) But to be able to have a erection when you want it...and for as long as you want it, to me that's what really counts.

I'm having my implant on Jan 19th. Will I loose, stay the same, or gain length ? I don't know and didn't ask. As long as I have a fully functioning penis, THAT'S what counts for me.

To the boys who are having their surgery on the 19th Congratulations for making such a sensible decision one that will give back what you have lost, Your manhood, your ability to give and receive total sexual pleasure. I had just accepted that fucking was something that I could not do and that was for years, sure I tried pills, pumps, injections but never considered an implant because I was totally naive to the procedure but when I was made aware of what could be done via an implant I agreed on the spot to having the surgery and at no time did I ask the doctor about size after all I was going to get a working cock and that was enough for me. Well said! The 19th can't come soon enough for me. I do regret waiting 4 years after surgery, but for most of that time I was having some success with ED meds. I never considered the possibility of an implant until I failed completely with both injections and medication. Why that took 4 years is beyond me. I was always told it would get better every year not worse.
