Many different outcomes I think it depends on what you have experienced re surgery pre implant. For me ED was the result of having Diabetes 2 over a number of years and as I had not had surgery in my groin area before I have not lost the ability to have an engorged gland when aroused, if you read the journey of many other Brothers you will see that it is possible but not for all. As for the pleasure that was my first concern but that too is there for me but will differ depending on your personal condition going into the surgery, we are all different so check your condition with your surgeon if you are going to go ahead with an implant. For some great and for others not so great it's YOUR decision. Best of luck in making the decision that will be best for you!

After three implants, I've noticed no difference in sensation in the way of anything.
I'm 75 and got an AMS Ultrex in 1995. Had it replaced in 1999. Got a new AMS 700 LGX in 2013.

The head was a bit cold at first but after a couple of months it warmed up.

Eight months after my second implant I still have a cold head if I lay with my Dick up. I do the low dose cialis and occasionally pump to help improve circulation to the head. After my first implant my Dick was so cold I'd have to sit at the slots with my hand discretely over my dick to keep it warm. It has been much better after the second surgery. I was able to go tubing in the cold mountain water this summer, something I had skipped the year before.

It all gets better with time. I could not have orgasms for several months but now have monumental orgasms. I think this is because I had a prostatectomy and there is no semen to pump. I often have what seems to be a continuous triple orgasm and last week had an even longer one that has me whimpering with pleasure before she finally got off of me.

Cold head or not, the implant is wonderful..... Good luck with your recovery...
