As a result of prostate cancer and a radical prostatectomy four years ago, my "sexual adventures" have changed drastically. Because my cancer was farther along than originally thought, "extra" tissue was taken during the surgery and even though the nerves were spared, I could no longer achieve erections.
For 2.5 years my orgasms were the result of "dedicated young professionals" performing oral sex on me. Many of these orgasms went far beyond the orgasms I had experienced before my surgery, both in length of orgasm and intensity. It's kind of like the I'm trying to "pump semen" but because there is no semen, it just keeps pumping. This is NOT unpleasant )
22 months or so ago, very tired of not being able to have penis/vagina sex, I was implanted with a Coloplast Titan. While the surgery was botched and had to be repeated a year later, I was able to have erections and sex at will and had many orgasms. Some were simply a bit of throbbing but others were of the intense "3peat" type.
After having my first implant replaced in April of 2014, I went for a few months again able to have sex but unable to orgasm. When I finally did have an orgasm it was "off the charts" in both length and intensity. While some of my orgasms now are just the dull throbbing, I am regularly having the super duper orgasms. Last week I had one even more intense and longer - maybe like a "4peat". I was whimpering (with pleasure) when she finally got off of me.
Anyway, I am curious to know if others, particularly post-prostate surgery members are experiencing these "super-orgasms".
By the way - my PSA went from very low to very high in the space of a year. Following up with another PSA test and two biopsies I was diagnosed with a quite aggressive prostate cancer. If I had skipped my annual physical that year I would be dead now instead of enjoying my wonderful new sex life. Don't skip your physical!
I am also going to post this on the implants forum.

Re: The "Super-Orgasm"
LM: What was your Gleason score? I had a 7 and an RP in June 2012.
I was told that the "extra tissue" is the area that contains the nerve bundles, so if they took "extra tissue" they would have to take the nerve bundle also -- which is what happened to me. And the nerve bundles (one on each side of the prostate) are what triggers erections, so I guess I don't understand what happened to you.
FWIW: My orgasms were actually good up until the past year or so. They are usually quite boring now, not really worth all the effort. But I've avoided women since all this happened three years ago, so that might have something to do with it.

RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.
Re: The "Super-Orgasm"
I have forgotten my Gleeson score.... 8.3 I think..... The cancer was on the "other" (opposite the anus) and was out of the "capsule" .... One term I remember from the surgeons report was "corporeal tissue" was removed. Doctor told me it was extremely unlikely that I would have erections. He was correct. Nerve bundles were (thankfully) spared.

Now I'm even more confused than before. If you can't get an erection, why do you even care that both nerve bundles were saved? What good are they doing?

LMCatman, I wonder what the surgeon did wrong? The only reason I ask is I want to be sure my Dr gets it right the first time.
