I measured the length last night in the flaccid & fully erect states for you. With a ruler touching my abdomen to the tip of my head in the flaccid state, the length is 5-3/8"; after full inflation, the length is 6-1/8". The increase in length is 3/4".

I think I may have lost some length but it's difficult for me to quantify the loss because I couldn't achieve a firm erection prior to the operation. I must tell you, though, that I am very happy with the outcome! I can obtain an erection that is as firm as when I was 18 yo & maintain it as long as I want. I used to be very self-conscious about my erection & now I'm free to focus on pleasing my lover & pleasing myself.

well, 6 1/8 is a good length, maybe you will gain a Little more with time
