floppy head
I have some floppiness in my head the dr. couldn't get the cylinders far enough in. is there a surgery that can fix the problem beside going in and adding extensions? thanks superb_h

Re: floppy head
I'd be surprised if they can fix that other than replacing the implant. However, I understand that replacing one is relatively less challenging than the initial surgery.

I had the original surgery in June, 2011, then a revision in December 2011 due to floppy head. For the revision my uro did something called bilateral corporoplasty, in which the cylinders were taken out, then a pair of tunnel were carved out in the glands, then the cylinders were sterilized and reinserted along with some rear-tip extenders. The entire implant was not removed. Here's the short thread on the subject.

Things went well until last year when one of the cylinders developed a bulge, so I underwent a second revision in December 2014 in which the entire Coloplast Titan implant was removed and replaced with a AMS 700 CX. I get re-activated on January 29.

It was a Coloplast Titan but not the One Touch Release. At the time my uro informed me that more than one patient of his had reported some inflation problems with the OTR. I believe the issue has since been resolved.
