First orgasm with a partner with an implant.

I've been registered here quite a while, after my first post something happened to my login, it never went through or whatever but I could never log back in again, until last week when I checked and it seems my account is functioning fine again.

I'm 25 y.o. having completed my surgery with Dr. Eid, if you check my posts you will have the surgery related details there.
My surgery was late August, so it's been almost 5 months to the day now.
I have had sex a good couple of times with the implant, every time is better than the last, with last night being the absolute best.

I actually post my stuff on another forum where I have been along with all the other guys that had my issue of a 'venous leak' which of course I later found out is not an accurate assessment since everyone technically has a venous leak. In any case this was to update my brothers on that thread where I had suffered along with them, I am the first person to get the implant amongst all of those, and I keep them updated with my experiences with handling an implant, in case they would ever consider the bionic way.

I wanted to update you guys with another piece of good news from my end. I kind of feel a little guilty sharing considering most of you guys are in pain (physical or mental) but then again if I tell you the successes you guys would probably have the insight of someone with a working implant, and I know pre-surgery I would've wanted all the information I could get.

Anways, yesterday I had a one night stand with a Chinese girl. We drank a decent bit but nothing ridiculous. Honestly our fooling around pre intercourse actually lasted hours and hour (the whole evening probably lasted 6-8 hours) and the reason I mention that, is because I have always had a major painful as fuck problem with 'Blue Balls'. So yeah towards the end of all of our fooling around we didn't know whether we would have intercourse or not, but when it started paining for me I knew I wanted release.

I pumped up while she was fixing herself a drink or perhaps changing the music, it took almost negligible time to pump up, she couldn't tell anything different at all. She was a little small, but I still managed to not only penetrate but enjoy intercourse all the while. We tried 3 different positions, and towards the end I kind of went berserk since I could feel the ejaculation coming around, and this would be my first time with the implant, through either oral or vaginal sex that I would actually have a successful orgasm. I finished and almost had tears of joy having been through all that I have.

Comedy : Well my stupidity for the evening was that I hadn't had anything to eat in say 12+ hours, hadn't even drank water in about 5-6 hours and was drinking only alcohol towards the end and exchanging saliva or fluids. To top that I had the heater on at full capacity (it's cold out here) and we had an extremely intense session, and also spent 4-5 hours in a stuffy heated room. After I was done, I almost passed the fuck out

I realized I had dehydrated myself quite a bit and had to stay up for an hour or so both feeding myself and making sure to take in a lot of fluids. And I slept with the heater off. :p

I thought I remembered your name bud. Maybe I can't place you/your case exactly but I remember

She had no idea.
I won't bring down any person just because he/his work didn't work for me. All I'd tell is/are my own experiences and to do your own research. I had a couple of botches in my surgery with Dr. Hsu, the oedema being the worst long lasting negative thing. Will reference in the post below.

I hope you are doing well mate, as long as you are mentally stable with your condition the way it is, you can take as long as you want for whichever step you intend on taking next.

I mentioned it repeatedly that this was my first orgasm with oral/vaginal sex, what I mean is that this was my first orgasm with a partner.
I have had absolutely no issue in having orgasms by myself. The hardest orgasm was the first one, but it wasn't hard because of anything else, rather than the fact that I was horny as a 25y.o. is but I was barely 14 days out post surgery. All the tissue etc was sensitive as fuck, but you still want to have release.

As time went on orgasms were just as easy as normal, in fact CONSIDERABLY MORE ENJOYABLE since now you actually have solid piece instead of what feels like a piece of rubber(my case with the venous leak).
I have had days in the past 5 months where libido has been off the charts and I masturbate about 3-5 times a day always ending with ejaculations.

My personal feelings as to why I have troubles in reaching orgasms with partners are:-
1) Partner obviously doesn't know you as well as you do. This issue can be faced by everyone.
2) I have had this weird extra piece of skin on the underside of the head of my penis, which looked like normal oedema post surgery, but this was the only piece of skin that never went away. This skin unlike normal oedema has some sensitivity and irritation to it, and both of these work against pleasure, this is what I feel makes it hard for me to have normal orgasms while with a partner(masturbation is no issue whatsoever, I know exactly what to touch and what not to). This was because of a botched surgery by another surgeon Dr. Hsu in my individual case. This has absolutely nothing to do with my implant surgery. So none of you will ever face this issue or have to worry about it.

Hopefully, it's just a matter of post surgery healing and as time goes on I will be able to have easier orgasms or face much lesser of these issues.

No she couldn't tell anything about the prosthesis.
One thing I have realized for now is that 100% pumping up actually works against me, stuff becomes so super rock hard that it's kind of painful and just too sensitive. When I pump up to 85%, I am more than hard enough for all kinds of intercourse, but I also have that very slight ability to manipulate and turn/bend the penis to help with different positions.

Why dont you post a link to your story in that other place you referred to . . Those of us combatting E D and contemplating an implant could benefit from all the info and encouragement we can get. Glad you are banging away. Congratulations on a fool proof dick. Now look for a good woman and wife to share your life with. The book LOVE SATISFIES by keepitupjohnson (available at Amazon) is really a book about male multiple orgasms. That is a great skill a man can learn to enhance his sexual prowess. But he continually makes the point that nothing for a man satisfies like love...........not lust, not MMO.........love pure and simple in sharing your life with the right woman/wife.
