I can only speak to my experience...

My formula is (and has been for over 3 year): 30 MG Papav, 1 MG Phentol, and 20 MCG Prostoglandin

I started out using 7 or 8 units, but found those boners lasting a bit too long... and eventually dropped down to
3 to 3 1/2 units, and a very adequate hardon.

Don't know if this will help but i hope so.

Drop in to the chatroom some time ... I always enjoy the chat time.

I wanted to update my previous post--
here is a cut and paste of some of the post--
--I would like to step up to the Tri-mix, and I can get any dosage I want within reason---am thinking of this
(Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/5mcg/ml)--40+ units
Well I got and tried the strength listed above--and had the same results as the bi-mix I was using--so next Doc visit I will go with the
Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/10mcg/ml--I kinda hate using 45 units, would like to get the units lower.

I have just age, 80-- blood pressure meds, statins for cholesterol, --that is how I got my ED

TRIMIX script--30mg/6mg/30mcg/--inject 17 units

I've been able to cut the dosage by using 45mcg/27/1mg PGE/PAP/Phent.
I'd hate to have to inject too much due to cost.

Rocky,

I had to chuckle a bit when you related starting with 5mcg PGE-1 and then your Doc moved it up to 10mcg. That's like going from nothing to next to nothing.

The sweet spot should be around 20mcg PGE-1. Not sure why the Docs sometimes never get there.

( The higher amount of course if you are not too sensitive to PGE-1 aches . then you may have to stay with the lower PGE-1 values and just burn thru the vial with only a few shots -- not ideal).

Well as stated earlier the Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/5mcg--(the 5mcg of Alprostadil) did the same as the Bi-Mix---50units, and a #9 for 30 minutes, maybe--and waning!!
(Do they do (15mcg) Alprostadil)--say a script like this (Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/15mcg
Trying to hit the happy spot with out (pain/ache)--and so many units per shot.
Rocky

PS--I just suffer from ED--age almost 72--must be the blood pressure meds, and the staton's!!
I have just age, 80-- blood pressure meds, statins for cholesterol, --that is how I got my ED

TRIMIX script--30mg/6mg/30mcg/--inject 17 units

Rocky,

The progression is usually 5mcg .. 10mcg .. 20 mcg .... and can even go to 40mcg or more.

I'd go with the 20mcg version -- and hope that you can go with 10 units or less so you get a lot from one vial.

Bi-Mix, with increasing doses, worked for me for about four months (the first shot was ecstasy). But it was all downhill from there. It suddenly stopped working. My uro switched me to Tri-Mix; it never worked at all. A couple of months later, I came up with Peyronies, which later led to an implant that I am very satisfied with.
