Prostin VR 100mcg/10ml

I visited a dr in Bangkok when I was there 1 month ago.

He gave me Prostin VR (PGE1) / [Prostin VR 100mcg/10ml] and said to use 50 units and go up until max 200 units!!

I did so starting at 50 reaching 100 .

at 50: bad-nothing
at 75: little effect
at 100: penis semi-hard from base up to 50% of its length and then from there up to tip very soft (looks funny actually) which make it difficult to penetrate since tip is soft!! However, it worked somehow after putting a ring!!

my questions:
1. has anyone used this medication with good results?
2. why am I having this halfway erection?
3. should I continue until reaching 200 units?

it would be great to shar your experience with me

I am not familiar with Bangkok medications, but 100 units is a HUGE AMOUNT TO INJECT.

just to clarify more:

The med my Dr gave me has 10ml which means it is good for 10 shots with 100 units each!!

My syringes only hold 50 units. 100 seems like a lot.

You may want to compare your prescription to mine:

My trimix formula is 30MG papaverine, 1MG Phentol., and 20 MCG prostaglandin E1

So I've been using, making, mixing PGE-1 -- by itself and with Bi-Mix for trimix for 4 years now.

The nice thing about PGE-1 is -- it is simple. You have one thing to do, figure out how to deliver 10, 20, 30 or more micrograms (mcg) per shot. Studies show that most men need about 20mcg delivered to be effective.

So in your case to get 20mcg delivered you would need to use 2 mls of your solution.
Unfortunately, with such large volumes, if you guess wrong you might have just wasted 1ml or 1.5ml etc.

But, with very much care, if you try, say, 1.5ml and it is not quite enough after 10 or 15 mins you could immediately inject another .5 ml and see how that goes. I suppose that is three shots in willie tho .. hope you are OK with that. ( you have 1 ml syringes right?).

Definitely get your doc to up the amount of PGE-1 to 40 or 50mcg per ml and then you might get away with only .5 ml total. Your doc may balk at that, but explain that most men need 20mcg so you definitely want 20 or more per ml .. and 40 or 50mcg would give you a margin for extras in one syringe. Hopefully he won't charge you more for more mcgs per ml. Better and more shots for you per vial.

Here is what I did last night.

I injected 100cc and then waited for few minutes to see results before injecting another 25cc. I rubbed a little to speed up things. However, it was a killer it seems.

My penis became so falt after few strokes!! It is like a pin in a baloon!!

waited few more minutes. I rubbed again. Nothing happened.

I am confused now!! what happened?

Is it maybe that the medication was pushed in my blood stream due to rubbing with my hand?

Time to see your urologis (Penis Doctor)...

You may have a "venous leak" .... that lets the blood in your penis seep out and you get floppy.

Your urologist can do some tests to see what is the matter.

Good luck, and don't give up .... there is a solution to your problem

When I did my tests, my UR said I do not have strong blood flow into the penis. I asked him about VL and he said VL comes automatically with low blood flow and when this blood flow is strong, no VL will affect me!!!
