After a few more days of usage I compared it with my much cheaper ImpoAid Revive Premium Battery Vacuum Erection Penis Pump ($98 today at vitalitymedical.com) with my ($499.95) ErecAid Esteem Battery Vacuum Pump. They both do the job well but differently.

The ErecAid Esteem is larger and heavier. The ErecAid Esteem pump is stronger but noisier. The On Button must be held down while on the ImpoAid it can locked on.

The Easy Ring Applicator on the ErecAid wreaked one of ErecAid Tension Bands rings on the 1st try. It has sharp edges on the system that push down the rings that should be rounded off and smooth. It cut the ring nearly into. I am not using it any more. At least I found out how to install rings with my hands in the ErecAid manual. P 24

The ErecAid pump has an upper limit stop. ImpoAid does not but it seems to be self limiting. My ImpoAid has served me well and is much quieter too. I will use both of them. I don't think the ErecAid is worth $400 more even with the 50% Medicare discount. I like the ErecAid rings though. I need the smallest and toughest to keep an erection.

I found out the the ring position/orientation is very important. "pressure points are at the top"

Correct positioning of the tension ring is
also necessary to keep the erection. Tension rings should be positioned
so that the “U” shaped notch is on the bottom of the penis and the
pressure points are at the top of the penis.

There are only 24 hrs left to get a Medicare Pump before July 1, 2015. My new pump is getting more testing time than I like. The love of my life has medical problems that I hope will go away in a couple of weeks.

I got my final bill today. It was $65.70 after a bunch of adjustments that I have no idea what they mean. The total invoice was $846.91. I expected my bill to be a lot more.
