Hi everyone. I need your help since I'm very desperate. I've had ED for 18 years now from a medication (risperdol) that was forced upon me.
Anyway, I used to respond very well to the smallest dose of cialis and viagara up until 3 years ago. Today I took about 8mg of cialis and even though I forced an erection, it was soft, smaller than usual and short-lived, lasting 4 minutes. Maybe I should take a heavier does to see what that does?? And my libido is very low.
In 2013, I got PRP injections which helped my ED a lot. But about a year later, the erections werent as good as before. In that year, my testosterone was below normal and I was prescribed Clomid. I didnt take a lot of it because I was afraid of the side effects I read about online.
Today, I hardly get erections. Based on blood tests I took 2 months ago, my testosterone level is normal which is weird since my libido is low. I get some but not a lot of morning wood, but the erections are soft and dont fill up. I got Trimix which I havent used in a long time. The 12th time I used it (in 2012), it gave my penis a bend to the left. I might use it this week to see it works. But I'll use it after I try a heavy dose of viagra or cialis of 50mg.
If you guys can suggest ANYTHING to help me get back my libido and sex life, i'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Desperately Need You Guy's Help!!! Please!!!
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.
Re: Desperately Need You Guy's Help!!! Please!!!
When I was feeling run down, I started testosterone injections weekly. My libido immediately got very good, but with ED that no longer responded to orals, I had to try trimix. Since I was already self-injecting the T, I didn't have much trouble getting used to the trimix injections. After awhile, I started responding to orals again, but I don't rely on them for sex. I do use a low dose V for plumping.
I wonder if you should use the pump to get Willy ready for serious action if it's been awhile since it was full size?
I wonder if the bend was from not being full size for awhile?
Bottom line is that I would start using the trimix again. You should get some new stuff obviously.

Hi tomas. The bend was cased by the trimix injection. Anyway, I dont want to use any pumps. I just want to be healed of this stupid sh'it ED. I dont want to have to use a pump then put a ring at the bottom and freak my girl out with it. Thats a no no.
So I guess the testosterone injections didnt improve your ED? I was looking into Vitaros. They sell it in europe and canada, not in the USA, unfortunately. But I wonder if anyone here has tried it. Do you know if its any good?

Re: Desperately Need You Guy's Help!!! Please!!!
I haven't used Vitaros, but it is another form of alprostadil. Have you tried MUSE? It did not work well for me and was quite uncomfortable, but it does work well for some men.
Alprostadil by itself is less likely to cause fibrosis or bending, so if you are concerned about using trimix again you might want to try Caverject or Edex instead. I used Edex briefly, and although there was an ache it was tolerable. It just didn't get me hard enough, so I'm going give trimix a shot (pun intended). It seems strange, though, that you would have had a problem with bending after only 12 injections. Did you vary your injection sites?
As far as pumping goes, many men use it not for sex, but to condition the penis by drawing blood into it on a regular basis. It can help ED in the long run.

ED since using SSRI antidepressants. Unable to maintain erection sufficient for penetration. Tried PDE5's, VED, injections. AMS 700 CX implanted 8/1/2022, penoscrotal by Dr. McVary, Loyola medical center. 15cm + 1.5 and 1.0 RTE's. 65 ml reservoir.

I also can't/won't use the pump for sex or to hold the blood in.
When I first started trimix, I got a bend caused by the penis not being fully engorged for quite some time.
I think it could be good to keep blood flowing till you are ready to use the trimix.
I guess you could call it "penile exercise"?

Hi, I have been using trimix for over a year now and it works great. It has caused a slight bend to the right of my penis, but this has not increased or been a problem. This trimix has been well worth the effort and trouble and has saved my sex life! Testosterone renewed my libido to a 30 yr old level and I am 62 yrs old.
Oral ED meds quit working on me 2 yrs ago and this has been truly a life saver.

I'm 72, diabetic for 10 years, inject insulin, had ED also ~ 10 years, inject with Edex (Alprostadil, 40 mcg). Edex works very well for me. I always inject the SAME place, i.e., right side because I'm right-handed! No bending of the penis, no scarring, no bleeding, no pain! There's no pain when I insert the needle into my penis. It's very important to make sure your penis is at least semi-hard BEFORE inserting the needle. Get the penis aroused by massaging/pulling on the head/glands. If that doesn't work, try fully inserting a Q-tip with some KY lube on it into the opening of the penis. This will work also.
Forget Muse and testosterone. In recent years, testosterone has been the subject of several lawsuits! From what I read on FT, Trimix also works very well!

Very encouraging to read that testosterone renewed your libido. I hope it does for me too.
To the OP: Do not accept a doctor telling you that your testosterone levels are normal without seeing the results. My T levels were 199 ng/dl, which is over 100 ng/dl under the hypogonadism marker and two doctors told me that those results were "perfectly normal" despite complaining of all the symptoms.
You need to get the results and post them on a site like this. For me I believe me venous leak was due to low testosterone, fixing testosterone temporarily cured me via Clomid, but it stopped working and I plan to test testosterone with hcg.
31 Years old. ED since I was 15/16. Diagnosed with hypogonadism/venous leak at 31. On Clomid/Arimidex mix for HRT. Cured for a week then it stopped. In process to find a solution. Lifelong nightmare but I waited a decade + to get help.
