Urine leakage

When I get hard prior to sex, I leak small amounts (squirts) of urine. Does anyone know if a tension ring will stop this? Got the erection back with Stendra, but Momma ain't happy with the leaky dick.

If you've had a radical prostatectomy then it can be a problem. The sphincter muscle that controls that is gone forever. I can control it most of the time but not always.

If you had an RP, how long ago was it? The problem may get better in time, but may never go away completely. Everybody is different.

Hi TWF, Your problem with closing it off would be ejaculating, all goes down the same way, could mean your ejaculate going backwards IE retrograde, it would still work but not sure how much damage you could do, as it would keep going into your bladder.
Look these are just some thoughts, I would consult with your uro.
