How Low do you Go

I'm curios to know how far down the base of your penis you inject? I'm concerned about developing fibrosis or peyronie's so I try to move around injection sites as much as possible but I have a tone of veins in the area so I'm somewhat limited. I've gone as far down the base to where I would say it is at the beginning of the scrotum area if that makes sense.

Damn, I hit a vein this morning and I hate that. I don't move the injection site around much and probably should.

As a rule I lay a finger along side my shaft to measure that far from the base for injection.
I tend to do that more when injecting the left side than my right.
I'm right handed and it's far more accurate visually than when I do my left side.

tomas1, that sucks when I got the "test" injection the doc hit a vein on me I was black and blue for days!

When I got my test injection, the doc purposely shot on the side with the most veins to give me a better shot on the other side when I soloed.
On my first solo shot, I was afraid to look and hit a vein and shot into the urethra. After that, I started looking lol.

No one mentioned the needle size that you're using when hitting veins. Please use a very small syringe such an insulin needle, i.e., 30G

I doubt that size matters?
I use a 29 gauge.

I agree with tomas1 the needle size shouldn't matter, within reason. Hitting of the surface veins is what would cause the bruising. I use 28 gauge needles with the autoinject and 31 gauge if I go free hand.

Back to my original question pertained to how far down on the base have or do you inject. I typically inject a little less than mid shaft back toward the base. I've injected very far down (going toward the body) to the point where I am at the transition point from shaft to scrotum skin if that makes any sense.
