HI Cal, Down the side of your penis is where the valve is that's not working the way it should, now if can put your finger on it and get an erection, this is the place your can put a band wide enough to cover it, then pump up your penis, your find that it should hold your erection.

Go for the implant if you find that a reputable urologist that performs that kind of surgery recommends it.

Some warnings: It ain't the same as a natural erection, close enough though.

It might be a little larger flaccid than you are used to.

I'm in the same boat (though not religious anymore). Single 30 with severe ED. Been single for most of my life, very limited sexual experience (and that was underwhelming because of my ED). Had kind of moved away from the idea of finding a soulmate before all this, for me it pretty much seals the deal.

I had two doppler ultrasounds with an injection and failed to maintain an erection for both, so the doctors could not confirm or dismiss venous leak. I even saw a urologist that preforms penile implants, and he said he wouldn't do one in someone my age anyways. I really don't want to go with that option right now.

So what are you going to do then? What did you decide to do? I had Ed at your age and you do not want to waste your early 30s with Ed! I turned down Numerous ladies due to just not knowing if it would work..I missed out big time
