I have sent a couple of emails to Dr. Herwig to get more information about the sclerotherapy treatment. Since he is performing his surgeries from Vienna, I asked him if he is affiliated with the London Andrology Institute. He told me that since he invented the sclerotherapy treatment, the London Andrology Institute send their patients in Vienna...

Now what I find odd, is that he is personnaly replying to my emails. Don't you think a doctor of that caliber should have his own secretary ???

I also find it very weird that a doctor of that caliber replies to his messages on Facebook...

It isn't necessarily that weird. Dr. Andrew Kramer, one of the highest volume implant doctors in the US, will personally call you and chat for 10-15 minutes for free if you want. Plus, consider that Herwig is an innovator; these characters are usually eccentric, and might conduct themselves strangely. Doesn't mean he isn't legitimate. Also doesn't mean that he is..

Yes I've booked my opp in for next Wednesday in Vienna and they have sorted out the flight and accommodation, nervous and hope that we get to see updates from Seeking and Razor before I fly out. Hope they are that busy road testing their fully functioning manhood's that they haven't had time to update.

Its pretty usual for private specialists to write back directly. As an example I looked into vein stripping a few years ago and contacted the doctor in Taiwan via his direct mail. He sent me a lot of information and was very attentive whilst very much unique in his field like Dr Herwig. Coincidently I opted to not go for this surgery in the end because it costed around £10K (c$15kUSD) whilst 8-9 hours laying in theatre under a local anaesthetic didn't really appeal too much!

As for the London Andrology Institute I think they are affiliated with Dr Herwig's clinic in Vienna because I know that Dr Kuehhas who originally assessed me in London works from both clinics and has been very much part of the development of this surgical technique.

If you think about it London is a gateway to Europe from the rest of the world and has a huge reputation for private medical practice in Harley Street so It makes sense they refer from there.
