New to the boards - well, this one anyway :)

Hi all,

I was diagnosed July 2014, radical prostectomy October 2014. Before surgery my doctor told me that any doctor that tells you you have an 80-90% chance of regaining your erections is blowing smoke up your behind. I had nerve sparing surgery, I have very little in the way of natural erections, just somewhat of one immediately before orgasm. I've tried Muse and bi-mix/tri-mix but am one of the sensitive one to the Muse/tri-mix drug and get lots of pain and burning so stick with bi-mix which produces marginal results. So I am seeing the doc tomorrow to talk implant - really just to ask a few final questions, I'm convinced that's what I want, I've been to the seminar, watched the videos, etc. If I want a normal - or as close to normal as I can get it - sexual response, this is the only way.

I just left William a response with some additional info on the drugs and why what works works and why what doesn't work doesn't. I'm no expert but I've done a lot of research and understand the mechanisms. Glad to share what I know if I can help somebody else understand :)

Midwestern, I have tried the whole gambit of things that we try. Pills, Pumps and rings, Muse, Tri-mix and ow Bi-mix. I have progressed to using 82 units of Bi-Mix plus I take a 20 mg Cialis 1 - 2 hrs before hand. that works tolerable at best, but so be it
