Trimix strength

Just finished injecting 100units of Trimix...got a 80-90 erection. A little soft for long intercourse. Thinking of seeing my Uro for a stronger dose. I have been using Pge 1,Papavern,phentola, 10mcg, 12 mg-1mg/ml. What should my next dose go up to? After seeing the video on this site, I realized that this dose is not strong enough. Wow, I can't imagine injecting 100 units.
I changed to:
45mcg/27/1mg Hi-PGE/PAP/PHENT
and would recommend something like that for you.

Thought I would share--had a fairly new script of TriMix- Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/20mcg/ml
I was doing 85 units for a 20min. at best #8.5-9--
Have new script on way from (Talon) plug----
for-- TriMix- Papaverine/Phentolamine/ Alprostadil 30mg/2mg/40mcg/ml
should be here tomorrow---will keep U all posted on outcome.

I used to inject 100 units -- not all that uncommon. The units will come down as you move up in dosage strength.

I was up to .55 of TriMix with 25%.

Ask for another formula.
D-H Urology stated they had a "extra" and "Ultra".

Received a script for "Extra" starting @ .1.

Will keep you informed as to progress, if any.

The recommended dose of prostaglandin E1 as treatment for erectile dysfunction has been reported to be 10 to 40 micrograms. However, adverse effects probably increase with increasing doses. We conducted a prospective, single-blind, dose-escalating study of prostaglandin E1 on 20 men with erectile dysfunction of various etiologies. The response to prostaglandin E1 was assessed by penile palpation and RigiScan rigidity monitoring. A total of 17 patients completed the study: 1 achieved rigidity with 1 microgram., 2 with 2 micrograms. and 4 with 3 micrograms. prostaglandin E1, while more than 70% achieved rigidity with 5 micrograms. or less and more than 80% had a full erection with 20 micrograms. Of 138 injections there were 2 episodes of pain after injection. We conclude that the often recommended starting dose of 20 micrograms. is too high. A more appropriate starting dose is 2.5 micrograms. with increments of 2.5 micrograms. until the lowest effective dose is achieved. This approach may lessen the major impediments to prostaglandin E1 use, that is burning and pain.

My dose of Prostaglandin is 10MCG/ML with less than full erections.

My Trimix dose

Papaverine 30
Phentolamine 1
Prostaglandin 10 (I will ask the my next prescription refill to be increased to 20)

On my last visit to the Urologist I asked for a stronger dose of Tri-Mix, my current dosage is Papav 12, Phent 1, Alp 10. I explained to him that I am using 50 units to obtain somewhere between a 7-10 erection that lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours and I want to use less to use get the same numbers. He wouldn’t increase the strength stating I could use up to a 100 units of the current formulation. He asked why I want to stay harder longer? So I told him many times we play for two hours, his response was “get my business done in an hour” that 2 hours is pushing it. I get he is being conservative on dosing strength and erection time airing on the side of caution. He also said when you go higher in dosage it increases the chance of priapism?

Im wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?

@6gauge, I'm also using a lot of units. I just moved up to a 30-1-10 standard script (my urologist started me on very weak formulas), and at 70 units on the stronger script I am not fully erect. I am going to increase to 100 units tonight to see what happens.

I admit that the erections I am getting are certainly dependable and suitable for sex. I'd say that once stimulation starts, the erection is about a 6 or 7 for one hour. I'm looking for something in the 7/8 range for about 90 minutes.

The good thing is that I haven't come close to priapism. That's the tradeoff for me, I guess. I hit a blood vessel once and experienced swelling, but nothing more serious than that.

I'm looking forward to seeing if 30 more units makes a difference.

For anyone just not quite getting 100% out of shots or any other way .. take a look at: Fun With Velcro Cable Ties

It really works. In fact, just a little too much tightness and you really get TOO TOO hard and have to reduce it back. No need for really tight -- just snug enough to slow the outflow.

If you can find something with soft velcro on both sides == even better. Island Rings also work but last time I used em I got so hard I popped two of them -- while in the missus canal !! But they are pretty inexpensive.
