When I started injecting my uro suggested trimming the hair to help me see while injecting. do many of or any of you guys trim shave or wax that area? have read that removing hair down there makes the area A more cleaner environment for injecting.

Yeah, just go to Best Buy, target or a drugstore and buy a hair trimmer.
A beard trimmer. They come with an adjustable gaurd.
They are not expensive.
I thInk the hair can hold dirt, sweat or germs.
After you use alcohol, the hair can contaminate area.

Less hair keeps things drier. Helps to make less odor.
Women prefer that.

Never tried waxing their. That would hurt.

I use a body trimmer to trim pubes. Will use a razor very carefully on shaft and balls. My GF really likes the look and appreciates the lack of hair for oral.

I've been trimming and shaving down there probably since before it was popular it's been personal taste and cleanliness. As a rule I never inject unless I'm shaved I find it much easier to see and miss any veins plus the wife appreciates it.

My wife liked me trimmed after one of my urologic procedures so I have stayed shaved since with rare occasions I let myself grow back in. I use a Mach 3 or one of my wife's lady shavers and just make sure I use shaving gel to avoid nicks.

I have always done some manscaping--shaved balls and buzzed crotch to short-- After going to my urologist in December I had taken out all my body piercings so booked a WAXING at a salon only 10 minutes away. Was a tad nervous but went in and had a full BRAZILION plus crack and sack waxing----LOVED the feeling of it and my balls had never been so slick. Went in for injection last week and again all jewelry out so back to waxer and did first things all over again but added butt cheeks and arm pits (They REALLY HURT) It is so hygienic when I need to wipe after a bowel movement! Also injection site is so clearly seen and no chance to not aim right with no distracting hair in the way-- I've decided to have bush be short trimmed but KEEP waxing the balls and butt crack for sure.....My waxer was young and very nice, professional and nothing phased her. Older gay male here who NEVER has gals in that area- I was VERY nervous as I walked in but within 5 minutes of her starting she had me completely at ease...DO not hesitate to try this. I was slick for about 12 or 14 days...Then fine hair coming in after that for the next 10--NOT coarse stubble like shaving...Now slick again and she said the more time sI did it the longer it would last....Hope this helps those curious...another plus? My body piercings REALLY STAND OUT NOW--LOL
