Hi.....

I'm new here. I'm going on 66 (no health issues and only med I take is 10mg lipitor) and have been taking Cialis & Viagra for about 15 years. All has been well up to a few months ago when the Cialis stopped working and the Viagra seems to be slowing losing its potency. I've been reading & researching like crazy (so glad to find this forum) and the options that are available. I just got a pump but I think that will be more for exercise. I've read about injections but I think going that route would be very inconvenient and probably temporary...........So, I've been reading all about implants and think that sooner or later I would have to go that route......I live in NYC and Dr. Eid (2 subway stops - 15 min from me) is the logical choice.

As all or most guys, size matters to me (I'm 5.75" erect)......I've read that some have lost a lot in size, some a little, some have maintained their size, and some have gotten it back some time after the healing process by cycling......I've read about pre op & post op size comparisons, perceptions of size.....and so on.....the size topic seems to run all across the board......I assume that I would get a better idea of my situation dealing directly with the doctor.....

That being said, I came across this website of a Dr. Djinovic in Serbia......I assume that others have seen this.....is there any validity here?.....opinions, thoughts?........

I would advise against an enhancement procedure. Sometimes you have to trust the american medical system, dubious as it may be at times. There is a reason such a surgery is not widely practiced and offered. And it's not for lack of demand. It has something to do with how invasive, brutal, and ineffective it is.

I agree with you......I would never want to be in a foreign country, unfamiliar with practices over there, not speak the language, and stay in a hospital/hotel there.......and what if a few months down the road there is an issue....then what?...what do you do?

It's just my curiosity that was bugging me.....and there is a great wealth of knowledge & experience here......

I agree with C Lab, if it was effective, and with the demand that we all would have they would be doing it here in the USA. There has to be millions to be made here, if it were true

I have watched uTube videos of doctors doing the implants for about 3 years. by now I have probably seen all of them, several, more than once. There are doc videos of the implant surgery from nearly every country and type of implant in the world and most of the off shore ones are very crude surgeries compared to here in the U.S. Brazil, Canada, Australia, and U.K. videos seem similar but the rest are crude rough surgeries. Basics are the same on most but not all. some docs have some approaches that make you wonder if they learned the procedure on the internet or out of a pamphlet. Several top U.S. docs as well as AMS/Boston Scientific DO NOT recommend lengthening at the time of an implant. the implant should remain pointed up ( taped to the abdomen according to AMS official instructions to doctors if you have read that) and this will cause the ligament to re-adhere resulting in a shorter penis. Suspensory lengthening is not successful without a traction device to keep it stretched because healing tissue contracts which would cause it to shorten. d

hi from the midwest,

my implant was july 6, 2015. prior length was 5" and post length was also 5". i had venous leakage. even when my penis is not pumped it is still close to 5" in length. so i've gone from being a grower to be a constant shower. my surgeon: dr. laurence levine says if you are going to delay the implant for 3+ months or more then one can use a penis extender to try and add some length. i used one for about 3 months and only gained 1/2" but more importantly i didn't lose any length post implant surgery.

You've got one of the best docs next door..... Talk to Eid, prep as he advises, take the plunge, HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER, worry, worry worry....... and then go fucking and fucking and fucking....... I started at about 6", ended up at 5.5"(generously) and am having the most and and some of the best sex of my life..... go for it!

I also think part of my size loss was atrophy during the 2.5 years between my radical prostatectomy and my first implant. I did not do vacuum therapy (other the human hourly rentals).....

My whole deal would have gone better if I had known to prep and had I used Dr Perito the first time.

Use Dr Eid!
