I just have to say Dr. Eid is fantastic. I am still communicating with him via sms to his personal mobile phone. Latest yesterday we exchanged a few long, detailed messages about my progress.
Feels great to know I can have questions answered.
He basically always answer an sms within a few hours. Unbelievable.

After reading almost all postings I'm quite convinced that there are only two outstanding surgeons: Eid and Kramer. A couple of other surgeons might be very good but they seem to play in a different league. What I don't unterstand is the fact that not all of you, living in the US, go to Eid or Kramer. Why taking chances? Because of the distance from your home to the surgeon???

Only partial pumps. My scrotum is still a bit sensitive, therefore I don't want to press very hard (wall-to-wall). But 20 pumps equal 30 seconds, I'm happy with that.

Your implant is almost same size (22 cm vs 24 cm) as mine, and if I do 20 pumps I have a semi-erection not worthy for sex. I need 40+ pumps to get sex-hard.
But maybe I simply squeeze the bulb even less than you do every time...

Sounds like it's getting better and better for you. I'm very curious about how my ED brain will adapt to the newfound functioning. I bet it will take some time.

Maybe my pump is bigger than yours. Very unlikely I guess, but strange...

In response to the number of pumps, I am 11 months post op. 22cm titan by Dr Eid. In the beginning it took 10 or so just to get any noticeable fullness, then 25-30 for full erection. I have been cycling almost every day and to the max, I can pump 45-50, and even a bit more if I really apply pressure. I also agree Dr. Eid was fantastic. I am from Atlanta and he and I kept in close touch via phone, email and even photos as we kept an eye on things. No complications at all other then my misunderstanding of the slow healing, general discomfort and sensitivity that lasted several weeks. I was fully functional for sex at 5 weeks and everything has been great ever since. One of the best decisions of my life.

Interesting that you say you can get more pumps now.
What stopped you from pumping 45-50 in the beginning?
Pain or pump bulb just got too hard?
