A few questions actually, did your doctor tell you if there is anything method (pills, pump, injections) that works even a little bit, not to get the implant? I can achieve a semi erection with my wife, and insertion, but not very hard at all, tired of the rings from the pump snapping on my scrotum, pills don't seem to work at all, and I'm on medicaid anyway. Tired of not having a nice erection

Also the big question, after you've, ahem, finished, is it the same feeling as ejaculating?

Dr. Canterbury in Akron, OH is my urologist, has anyone heard of his work, dealing with implants?

Forget about pumps, injections. Nothing but a disappointment is in store for you. GF of 18 months still doesn't realize that I am bionic. She thinks, I guess, that I am a 64 YO Superman. Implanted in May of 2014 w a Titan Coloplast by Alan Morey, MD of Dallas. He is THE man in the SW US.

I have had my Coloplast Titan for a little over 4 years and have been very pleased with it. Implanted here locally in a small town. It was a great convenience to have it done art home and to know that if I did have a problem that I would have immediate access to my doctor. Have had an implant 2 months now and while (like many others) surprised and a little dissappointed with size, it works well and now that the wife and I have figured out how to deal with the shorter length, no complaints. As for orgasm feeling, no difference before/after the implant. My orgasms changed when I had my radical prostetectomy 10/22014. They actually got better and longer Before my surgery, over the previous 3-4 years, I slowly lost my ejaculate so that feeling has been gone for me for some time (and I miss it) but it had nothing to do with the implant or the surgery (and two docs have no idea why).
