After 1 sexual experience with a girl at 14, 15, never again have I had a normal sex experience without the use of drugs. At 17 my girlfriend asked me why I wasn't that hard. Our relationship didn't last but it could have been for other reasons. At 18, I use to attempt sex experiences with one girl.. my penis was cold and dead, she thought and told me I was a homosexual.

I avoided sex for some years after that, until i was about 25. In Mexico, with my girlfriend, I discovered Levitra. It worked like a charm but was extremely expensive. I used these drugs for some years to come, they made me very hard and impressive but never enhanced my sex drive. I must have done good with her because later in life she wanted to marry me and always fantasized about sex with me.

I'm 31 now and in a relationship. Drugs no longer provided consistent results, the HRT therapy has made it harder. I am now optimistic because I know what probably caused my problem and I have experienced a life changing week/cure of my ED which totally enhanced my sensation and gave me rock hard morning erections. Unfortunately it didn't work long. I now go out of my way to be the best boyfriend possible to my girlfriend, do everything right other then sex. Use my tongue to stimulate her. Six months ago when we started dating I thought I was cured, but then it subsided, probably due to estrogen levels. I had to confess, I told her I had a hormonol disorder and am being treated for it. The hardest part for me is thinking that she blames herself or thinks its because of her, that I have sexual problems. I'm not sure she understands. I tell her my next medical appointment I will change things up, no guarantee it will work but what else can I say? If I cannot improve my situation I will probably break up with her, as the feeling of guilt, shame and embarrassment is overwhelming and i want her to not miss out in life.

Anyways man, it's been frustrating and depressing, its lowered my self confidence and made me an avoidance type of person. When the drugs worked, it boosted me big time, when they didn't and I failed in bed, I often feel like I want to commit suicide.

You need to prepare yourself mentally. But I suggest not getting into a relationship until you have a solution for your ED and find out the cause and treatment required.

As you can see on this forum, everyone has been able to find a solution. Whether viagra, testosterone, lifestyle changes, implant. I waited too long and I regret it.

Hi Then it could be time for an implant, short and sweet, but not the implant, have a read down the implant forum for help.

Good luck

Hi NOWHARD,

I understand that those who have implants are happy to recommend them and I am happy that it brought you satisfaction, but don't you think I should pursue testosterone treatment first since I have hypogonadism? For me my dilemma is why did Clomid stop working after initially restoring my vitality.

Before I go to the next step I will try testosterone itself with HCG to keep fertile for a few months.

After that, I was reading about new Alprostadil that is rubbed instead of injected, therefore hopefully stopping fibrosis.
31 Years old. ED since I was 15/16. Diagnosed with hypogonadism/venous leak at 31. On Clomid/Arimidex mix for HRT. Cured for a week then it stopped. In process to find a solution. Lifelong nightmare but I waited a decade + to get help.

Hi Hypo, Sorry no implant but I do have a good buddy on with one, I got over my ED with herbs and a hormone after the big V failed me with big bad side effects.
My buddy is in the states why I'm here in Greece and sometimes the UK see I am from England, but I do try and help others when ever I can, but have read up about HCG but not so sure about mixing it with testosterone, have you looked around for other ways to raise your testosterone, have a read through these couple of links to see if they will help.

And this one for nitric oxide, great for good erections

See if you think they will help you.

Hi Nowhard.

Those Nitric Oxide ideas are excellent and its something I haven't tried. I remember as a younger guy I tried the supplements for muscle purposes and found myself to have gained strength, though it could be psycholigcal. Citruline Malate I felt prior to HRT via Clomid, was something that made a little difference. There were a couple nights I took Horny Goat Weed and had morning erections, but the results were not consistent.

All of the natural testosterone boosters, most have been part of my lifestyle. If these things worked for me, I'd have high testosterone, but they don't!

I am astonished that you cured your ED via Herbs. Do you have a thread taht you went indepth with? For me, ED is the worst side effect of low t (and /or hypothyroidism) but I have so many. I did notice that boosting T initially made me feel amazingly different.

Hi Hypo, look just google this titles
DRUGS VERSUS HERBS, HERBS MY CHOICE
*************same again but add this *******, DAILY INTAKE.
NOHADRS HERB LIST WITH LINKS
Its how it got it all back after losing what I think now was my testosterone from very bad night sweats for 3 weeks, night sweats is something I live with but not that bad, you could have floated me out of bed, but I got back to near as normal again, took a few months though, the one thing I love is I have a myhardwear ice cock ring, it works wonders with good erections, wear it 24/7 as you never know when you wife may want sex, its not the lightest of rings as its made of pyrex glass but have had it over 4 years.

Hope something helps you.

NOWHARD above had the best answer. Like he said, "........pleasing a women does not have to be full sexual intercourse..... you have a tongue for some good oral sex that will go all the way to orgasm".

It's widely reported that most women do not have an orgasm during vagina penetration. But, about 100% of women have an orgasm when the man gives her clitoris oral sex. So, it's an absolute must to make sure you get her to full orgasm before you even think about ejaculation! Your partner will be completely satisfied after she orgasms.

That's the reason almost all women want their partner to give them 'driving' oral sex. Once you get her to full blown orgasm, you can have you way with her, i.e., give her deep vagina penetration with your penis, give her deep vagina tongue penetration from on top of her, give her deep penis penetration into her mouth either before ejaculation or after ejaculation. My preference is to insert my wet dick into her mouth for oral after withdrawal from her vagina.

Johnboy55 wrote:What future does a guy have with this problem finding a date on a dating site or in public? I would think most women want sex in a relationship.

I posted an ad on "Plenty of Fish" and on "Craigslist" candidly announcing my ED and my intention to take steps to cure it (and the likelihood of an implant as the solution). I also placed an ad, less candid on "Match.Com" The number of respondents who commented that they were attracted by my bravery (their characterization, not mine) in honestly publicizing my infirmity was astounding.

Some were simply supportive. Some came with advice. Some came with sincere offers to help me through the process up to and including offering to participate in being my experimental partner for my erectile function, before and after surgery.

Perhaps age (I am in my 60s) and the women who responded were similarly situated, so age and maturity might have some influence, but as has been pointed out by others, there is more than one way to skin a cat and more than one way to please a pussy.

Most men, who have ED, don't seem to realize that their wives can still have great orgasms with their husbands whether the husband can get an erection or not! The answer of course is for the man to give his wife oral sex on her clitoris! On her clitoris virtually guarantees her to have a massive orgasm!

I don't think I have ever read in this forum that men, who no longer have vagina intercourse with their wives, ever mention that he is willing to continue to satisfy his wife (giving her oral sex) after his ejaculation days are over. Are we men that inconsiderate of our wives??

Not all women are receptive to oral sex. Early in our relationship I was a bit surprised to learn that my (now) wife wanted no part of anything oral, or manual, or toys. This was non-negotiable, and she had good orgasms through intercourse. Our sex life never suffered from the lack of oral.
